Classic NCL--not a bad thing, at all

Just got back from an incredible trip on the NCL Getaway- Southampton to Copenhagen! We upgraded our balcony room to a Club mini suite - so bigger bathroom, bag of laundry included, cookies, chocolate dipped strawberries and champagne included. First impressions are everything !! Waiting hours to board when we showed up 2 hours late because ship was late. Wheelchair customers were only being taken 2 at a time with 20 minute wait between the next set of two. They didn’t finish boarding handicap customers until 6pm… shameful !!!
